In a Dispute over the Custody of a Child living in two different States, Texas and  Colorado, our Team litigated the case under the UCCJEA and we won jurisdiction in favor of the Mother, to Texas. The mother was awarded Primary custody and Child Support!

In a Texas Divorce, our team litigated a case with a pre-nuptial agreement that we were able to rescind, and the Plaintiff was awarded half of the marital property! 

In a suit against a Texas Company that was violating standard business practices and the law, and causing harm to our client and his customers, our Team litigated and won a record settlement on behalf of our client, making sure that their business continued to grow, thrive and that employee and customers were protected.

In a case involving DTPA the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, our Team was able to get our client a settlement that helped them relocate, and establish a supportive work environment in which to continue their business.

In a case against a Corporation in Texas, our Team strategically litigated over two years, obtained injunctions and protected our client from further damages. In the end, our Firm was able to obtain a settlement for our client, well in excess of our initial expectations. During the process of litigating, our Firm was also able to protect other related businesses from similar actions and infractions taking place on the part of the Defendants, by making known the Defendant’s activities. We were also able to designate and document the loopholes in the laws that lacked a resolution for the activities on the part of the Defendant & by amending those laws to ensure other businesses would have access to remedies that would enjoin a party from similar damages by a Defendant engaging in similar fraudulent and illegal activities.
